Salvador castaneda

Salvador Castaneda is a businessman, real estate investor, and world traveler. He started his career in the United States Air Force. After four years of honorable service he decided to take the leap into the Information Technology arena and became a Database Administrator. For many years he would share his dreams about becoming a business owner and real estate investor to his family and friends. In 2017 he decided to finally take action, that same year he quit his fulltime job, his wife sold her Chiropractic practice and they took one way tickets to Guatemala with their children. During their one year of travel they visited several countries, road tripped the western part of the United States and move to Kauai Hawaii before returning back to their home town in Iowa. During their trip he negotiated and purchased his first multi family apartment complex. From there he has gone to own several commercial properties, a database consulting business and a coffee shop/brewery.
